MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full management and technical inspection of building and civil engineering projects, from preparation to technical handover.
• Coordinating the project assistant and the specialist technical inspectors.
• Documentation: supervising the construction log, compiling completion documents (certificate of completion, invoice, reference certificate), coordinating the disciplines, liaising with the client and leading coordination meetings.
• Personal inspection of the project sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in civil engineering or architecture
• Leadership skills
• Category B driving licence
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Proactive attitude, committed to professional development
• Independent, precise work

• Monitoring and managing the technical and financial progress of the project.
• Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the project.

REQUIREMENTS:
